Fastest option
Open FitNova AI → Profile → Settings → Delete Account, if the option is available in your current app version.
If you cannot access the app
- Email support@fitnovaai.site from the email address linked to your FitNova AI account.
- Use the subject Delete FitNova AI account.
- State that you want your account and associated data permanently deleted.
Data deleted with the account
- Account profile and user identifiers associated with your account.
- Fitness profile information you provided.
- Workout history and progress records.
- Nutrition logs and other account-associated FitNova AI data.
Limited retention
Limited records may be retained only when required for security, fraud prevention, legal, accounting or regulatory obligations, and only for the period required for that purpose.
